Fraserway RV offers complimentary shuttle transfers from and to select major airports and select hotels for your convenience. Find hotel list below.
Shuttle transfers are not provided from private homes, hostels, or Airbnb.
**Please note that we do not allow departures on the same day when arriving on a flight where total flight time exceeds 6 hours (including connecting flights). It is required that you stay at a hotel for the first night. This is to ensure you are refreshed and alert to understand all the features of the RV before you drive away in it.**
HOW TO BOOK A SHUTTLE TRANSFER
Shuttle Transfer at Departure
Vehicles can be collected at our rental stations between 08:30 AM and 3:00 PM. For departures on Sundays in Vancouver (May - September), vehicles can be collected between 8:30 AM and 1:00 PM.
To schedule the shuttle transfer, please contact your departure station directly. We recommend to call or email the station 3-5 days before departure date. Shuttle transfers will be prioritized on a first-come, first-serve basis. Transfers are provided between 8:30 am and 1 pm.
Shuttle Transfer
Shuttle busses will pick up customers in the morning. Transfer times may vary and depend on traffic conditions.
Pick-Up Process
Be sure to bring:
- Original driver's licenses of all drivers
- Renter's credit card
- If applicable: Voucher
- If applicable: ICBC Roadstar/Roadside Plus (BC residents only)
Shuttle Transfer at Return
Return time is between 8:30 AM and 11:30 AM, inspection ready.
Shuttle transfer for returning customers operates on a first-come, first-serve basis after the return process is completed. Customers cannot schedule shuttle in advance. Transfer times may vary and depend on traffic conditions.
